Terms of Use for "Opera Alive 来戏" App

This Terms of Use ('Agreement') governs your use of the 'Opera Alive 来戏' mobile application ('App') provided by Opera Alive ('Company', 'we', or 'us'). By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree with any part of this Agreement, please refrain from using our App.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall the Company, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, or licensors be liable to you or any third party for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages arising from or related to your use of the App.

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to this Agreement shall be brought exclusively in the courts of the United States.

9. Changes to This Agreement

We reserve the right to modify or replace this Agreement at any time.
